Weekly and Other Promotions

betfun runs the following promotions, each with its own terms:

• Weekly betfun Festival — 50% of deposit, up to ৳10,000; wagering 15x; minimum deposit ৳300.
• betfun Slots Fun — 30% of deposit, up to ৳5,000; wagering 20x; applicable to slot games only.
• Friday betfun Cricket Blast — 40% of deposit, up to ৳8,000; wagering 18x; applicable to cricket betting on Fridays only.
• betfun Birthday Gift — up to ৳2,000; wagering 10x; once per year.
• Refer a Friend betfun Reward — up to ৳1,500; wagering 12x; when the referred friend completes their first deposit.

General Bonus Terms

• A bonus is always linked to a deposit — it is not a free reward.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time.
• betfun reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.
• Once the claim period for a bonus expires, it is automatically cancelled.
• Suspicious betting activity (such as placing large bets on a single outcome to minimise risk) may result in bonus forfeiture.

Gaming Service Terms

betfun provides games through third-party game providers (such as PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, JILI, and Evolution). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and betfun does not interfere with these results.

betfun is not liable for disconnections during a game, but transactions will be settled according to the game provider's recorded data. Game-related disputes will be resolved based on the game provider's log data.

Sports Betting Rules

Odds on sports bets may change. If odds change after a bet is finalised (after the bet receipt is received), the bet will be settled at the original odds. If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the bet amount will be refunded, though different rules may apply in specific cases according to the competition's regulations.

Errors and Technical Faults

If incorrect odds or payouts are displayed due to a software or data feed error, betfun reserves the right to cancel those transactions. In the case of an obvious error, the bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.

Identity Verification and Anti-Fraud

Temporary Suspension

betfun may temporarily suspend an account if a breach of terms is suspected or during a verification process. During the suspension, deposits, withdrawals, and gaming activity will be unavailable.

Permanent Closure and Forfeiture

An account may be permanently closed in cases of proven fraud, serious breach of terms, or repeated disregard for responsible gaming policies. In such cases, any bonus funds held will be forfeited.
